Universal Spice Blend
the ultimate universal spice blend that is pure magic
. . .
add it when cooking rice, quinoa, soups, stews, roasting veggies, fries, burgers, etc. … believe me, it will make anything and everything taste better!
I use this spice nonstop, just a single teaspoon adds such great subtle flavor - from soups and stews to salad dressings, it is my go-to for pretty much everything! I know there are a lot of spices being used, but do not be discouraged - easiest is to buy packs of all the spices, use whatever is needed to prepare the blend and put the rest away in a container until next time. It really is not that big of a hassle and believe me when I tell you that once you start using this blend, you will be hooked and will be using it non-stop.

preparation details
Really all you do is put everything in a powerful blender (I used NutriBullet) and blend for 30 sec. to a minute, then transfer to a jar and store away. I typically add a teaspoon of the spice to pretty much everything I am cooking - from rice and quinoa to pasta sauces and salad dressings!
